To achieve our mission of efficient and effective studying for all students (for free), it is important to partner with other companies with similar objectives. In a recent blog post, I shared the importance of secondary teachers to StudyBlue’s success, and today we take another step to connecting with teachers who believe in the power of educational technology.

StudyBlue is proud to announce the launch of our community profile on Edmodo.com. For those who are not yet using Edmodo in the classroom, it is a free and secure social learning network for teachers, students and schools. Edmodo provides classrooms a safe and easy way to connect and collaborate while offering a real-­time platform to exchange ideas, share content, and access homework, grades and school notices.

Once you’ve joined our Edmodo profile, you can browse the Collections section for some great sample flashcard decks and other teacher-friendly resources. We’ll also be updating our blog with ideas on how to use StudyBlue and Edmodo in your classroom, and we’ll post links to our Edmodo profile as well.
