Computer Programmer

Responsibilities.

  • Work with other developers and interns to produce production ready product.
  • Depending on skill sets, work with StudyBlue’s webapp, Android app, or iOS apps.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, deployment and support.

Requirements.

  • A strong familiarity with the Java or Objective-C programming languages.
  • Working knowledge of Eclipse or equivalent IDE.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Thorough and organized.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: GWT, Spring Web MVC, jQuery and AJAX, iOS SDK, Android SDK.
  • Work in the office. It’s no fun to program alone!

Basics.

  • 20-40 hours per week
  • $10 – $20 / hr starting
