Behavior technique used to treat phobias, client taught to relax while concentration on fears
Unconditioned positive regard
warmth, respect and accepting atmosphere of therapist to client. Person-centered
Psychoanalysis
Freud: Dream interpretation, free association (talk about anything that comes to mind), resistance (relectance, silence at root of problem), transference (project positive or negative feelings from past onto therapist).
