Semi Colon
Noun: A punctuation mark (;) indicating a pause, typically between two main clauses, that is more pronounced than that indicated by a comma
Example: I want to stay home and play xbox; my moms making me leave.

Colon
A punctuation mark (:) indicating That a writer is separating two clauses of which the second expands or illustrates the first
Example: He could only think of one thing: making touchdowns.

A punctuation mark (,) indicating a pause between parts of a sentence. It is also used to separate items in a list and to mark the place of thousands in a large numeral.

Superlative
Expressing the highest or a very high degree of a quality.
Example: I have the highest grade in history class.
Comparative
Expressing a higher degree of a quality, but not the highest possible.
