monochronic
monochronic - punctuality is important, need a lot of space, cyclical time loop, solo person, private, friend during project
polychronic
punctuality less important, need less space, linear line of time, people person, change plans often and easily, friend for life
diversity
· Describes differences among people at work ie. Age, gender, race, religion
· Diversity alone does not guarantee positive performance impact
· Diversity must be included in training and human resource practices
· Positive impact results when diversity is embedded in the core organizational culture

subcultures
