Management Plan: BA101 (part I) Goal: In BA 101, I hope to learn the basic fundamentals of business and how business works. This is my first class of my major requirements which I have the most interest for. Since my major in business, I am looking forward to have a high standing grade and to also fully understand all of the business terms and information. Organization- Resources required: Print? The book ?Intro to Business?, course handouts, and other handouts on Bb. Electronic? Online resources such as Blackboard, Foundation sites, and support. Human?Fellow classmates, team members, office hours, tutor sessions, and students who have already taken the course. Operation- Scheduled deliverables: 11 week deliverable schedule (attached) Weekly plans- up to the next exam (attached) Control- What information do you need to determine your level of success in reaching your goals? I will know that I am in a good standing level towards success when I do a good job of managing my time that I spend for this class? work. Having work done in advance and reviewing each lesson before class starts will help me do a better job. I will check grades often to see how I am doing in class, which will either increase my time studying or keep the pace I am at right now. Grades and my level of understanding the course material will help me determine the level of success to reaching my goals. What information do you need to improve your performance in the next section of the course? I will need to get more familiar with the computer based programs that the business courses require. Starting from this course, I can get a basic start and work my way up by using it frequently. I will also need to manage my time wisely, and to do all of my work in advance in case a problem occurs, and just for the sake of it. I will always go over all of my work, and get advice from others if possible, and will also try to use the professors office hours.
