-Perhaps worn on the body of a warrior

-Maybe worn in daily life or ceremonies

-Shells coming from carribean and east coast, suggesting exchange

-May manifest trade or the diffusion of cultural information to other cultures

-One of greatest mounds produced, 120 ft high

-"Monks Mound"

-May have been a place of artistic production, ritualistic instruments

-Imagine a wooden structure on top of the second mound

-Used to be a highly populated area, and a court for ball-game
