Chisel Plow
Penetrate and "stir" the soil via curved shanks which are attatched to a frame
Disk Plow
Laterally displaces and inverts the soil through the use of large, concave steel blades, which are attached in large groups or 'gangs'
Moldboard Plow
Slice and invert a layer of soil via large curved 'bottoms' which are attached to a frame
Subsoiler
Penetrate deep into the soil (w/o inverting or stirring) via large stout shanks
