o Taking in calorie dense food changes brain to further want these foods because it is related with pleasure
o People cant resists big portions
o Great for business
o People do not realize how much they are eating when they get big portions
o What we see effects how much we eat (more food available, bigger plates)
o We are starting to eat when food is there not when we are hungry
o When eating with others we eat 44% more especially desert
if we can prevent these things people will eat less
