All of these are related to imperfections in human nature.: How you transition from a SoN to a civil society. It’s better in civil society and presents advantages that the SoN does not have. The SoN presents certain inconveniences that the civil society can solve. They are all related to imperfections in human nature.
SoN Inconvenience 1
There is no known, settled law. Biased individuals exempt themselves from the LoN.: SoN has LoN, it is not pure anarchy. It’s not written down in any statures. There’s no legal code around the fundamental LoN. The LoN only exists as an idea or ideal. Biased individuals act unreasonably.
SoN Inconvenience 2
There is no impartial judge. Partial individuals misapply the LoN (too far for themselves, not far enough for others).: If both parties have a conflict there is no judge to mediate.
SoN Incovenience 3
There is no often no executive force. Individuals might be too weak to execute the LoN.: Sometimes we know it is a violation of the LoN but the person cannot be punished (too big or strong). Their individual strength or combined strength is not strong enough to overcome a stronger aggressor.
the SoN exists for species preservation. Property preservation, the more an economy develops the closer you are to civil society. The property order is complexified. The more wealth, the closer you are to civil society and the purpose is to protect property. It protects the private property of property owners.
SoN: families, private property, and money existed before living under government. All civil society adds is government.
Civil Society: The government regulates the economic exchanges for people who own private property.
