Hesperidia: this is a picture of multiple types of citrus fruits. All citrus fruits are hesperidia. The exocarp is leathery and produces acidic oils—as you know the mesocarp and endocarp are soft and juicy.
Drupes: exocarp/mesocarp=fleshy or fibrous (coconuts).Endocarp is hard. The endocarp is the hardened pit. Inside the pit seed=solid endosperm=liquid. Peaches are a common example of a drupe with fleshy exocarp and mesocarp.
