Preliminary health screening

A questionnaire that has been designed to evaluate your preparedness to participate in exercise by qualifying if a person is as risk for an adverse event when participating in low-to-moderate-to-high physical activity levels
Resting Heart Rate
Can be used for the calculation of exercise intensity for aerobic exercise. Can vary, but on average it is between 60 and 80 beats per minute. Lower indicates a stronger and more efficient heart.
