Focus on what you can do right right instead of worrying about what has happened in the past or may or may not happen in the future.
You'll never feel like doing what you need to do to get what you want.

Breathe deeply and rhythmically.

Imagine executing your tactical plan--not the output, the actual activity.
Visualize saying no to distractions such as foods and friends.
Visualize sitting down and practicing [problem].
Visualize deliberate and short practice rather than drawn out and long studying/reviewing.
Being busy is a form of laziness-lazy thinking and indiscriminate action. Being busy is most often used as a guise for avoiding the few critically important but uncomfortable actions. Slow down.
Make mistakes willingly and happily.
Learn something new when you devote your precious time to GMAT practicing.
Failure is key to learning.
