Note the slightly different set of endings for ?ar,? ?er,? and ?ir? verbs. Also note that from now on, I will be using the word conjugation instead of inflection when talking about verbs. Conjugation is the inflection of verbs. However, some verbs are irregular in that they do not follow the pattern above. In almost every language in the world, including English and Spanish, the most common verbs such as ?to be,? ?to have? and ?to do? are at least partially irregular (have some irregular conjugations). The following shows some common irregular conjugations. Please note that the order of the verb forms is the same as the chart above, and that the pronouns will be omitted.
