Anybody who emigrate in USA, has to spend 14yrs to be a USA citizens
Sedition act: It would be a crime to make malicious statement
They produce the Kentucky(Jefferson) & Virginia(Matterson) resolutions; those resolutions state they could modify any law made by the federal govt.
Legislators of both states were apposed to the Acts
In both resolutions, the states have the right to nullify the laws of the Constitution
